The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Infor <\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Cloud System Engineer<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s degree\/ MCA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024\/ 2025<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers (0 &#8211; 2 Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Hyderabad, India <\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Operate in a 24x5x365 support environment to ensure system uptime and reliability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute scheduled tasks and operational procedures in alignment with defined service and quality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, and support project delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in training programs and assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage daily operational tasks in accordance with established processes and documentation standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BTech\/MCA), or equivalent experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0\u20132 years of experience in system administration or cloud operations within a high-availability environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with Windows\/Linux system administration, including IIS and JBoss.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to cloud computing platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to clearly document technical changes and automation efforts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in supporting ERP systems and workflow engine applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-driven with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Qualifications:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Infor applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Associate-level).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages, with familiarity using AWS SDKs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working knowledge of IIS\/Tomcat, Active Directory, databases, and operating systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience in customer service or a client-facing technical support role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a global leader in business cloud software specialized by industry.
