The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>American Express<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Analyst &#8211; Data Analytics<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree\/ MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024\/ 2025<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers (0 to 3 Years<\/strong>)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gurgaon, India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Build and enhance targeting frameworks for internal acquisition and lending treatments, including consumer-to-small business card cross-sell, lending on charge, \u201cPlan It,\u201d and loans, across consumer and commercial segments in collaboration with marketing teams in COE and international markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive utilization of targeting frameworks for marketing campaigns to improve ROI for ICS marketing investments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure proper test and control setups for campaigns in international markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define and implement performance measurement frameworks for marketing campaigns powered by targeting solutions to enable continuous optimization and adoption of these assets by marketers across international markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver strategic deep-dive analyses for various treatments, providing insights on improving internal acquisition and lending marketing outcomes through channel, placement, targeting, content, and offer optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct periodic assessments of internal acquisition and lending marketing strategies across lead ICS markets and provide insights to the COE and market leadership, leading to potential enhancements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive execution of the analytics roadmap by resolving issues, identifying opportunities, defining success metrics, and ensuring timely delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead automation initiatives and continuously refine analytical frameworks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure analytical solutions are developed in full compliance with applicable regulatory and risk expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and implement effective controls to proactively identify and address process gaps within analytical frameworks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>MBA or a Master\u2019s degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0\u20133 years of relevant work experience in analytics, supporting functions such as risk, marketing, or digital products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to apply quantitative methods and business acumen to drive results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to work independently and collaborate across a matrix organization, partnering with business stakeholders, functional owners, capability teams, technology teams, and external vendors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong programming skills preferred, with experience in Big Data programming considered a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At American Express, we know that with the right backing, people and businesses have the power to progress in incredible ways.
