To provide comprehensive tax solutions, collaborate with tax professionals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Representing the firm in CIT\/ITAT assessments and tribunal appeals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extensive knowledge of domestic and\/or international taxation and transfer pricing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extensive litigation, tax compliance, and advisory experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with corporate laws, SEBI\/FEMA regulations, and so on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate complex tax theory and positions and apply them to specific client requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop opinion papers and provide comprehensive knowledge and reviews of tax case laws.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determine all of the information needed to ensure\/complete accurate tax compliance products on time and within budget. Create a strategy for gathering and communicating information. Determine risk areas and prepare for challenges during the compliance process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver on-time, high-quality services and products that exceed client expectations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Outstanding managerial, organisational, analytical, and verbal\/written communication abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capability to thrive in a high-paced professional services environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An undergraduate degree, preferably in economics, finance, or statistics;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience of at least 1-3 years is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A CA\/CS\/LLB with at least 0 &#8211; 1 year of post-qualification experience in direct corporate tax.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Feeling at ease interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be adaptable, creative, and adaptable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Making decisions and solving problems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>EY exists to help create long-term value for clients, people, and society, as well as to build trust in capital markets.
