The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>EY<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Business Analyst &#8211; Tax Senior<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree\/ MBA\/ MCA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bengaluru, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering relevant information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design new computer programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts, wireframes, and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing detailed specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate effectively with senior leaders regarding program strategies and plans, and negotiate quality solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and key elements; form project teams and establish project budgets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create Epics, User Stories, and Tasks to support project delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor project progress by tracking activities, resolving issues, publishing progress reports, and recommending necessary actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle changing requirements and perform effective GAP analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review QA test cases and perform functional and user acceptance testing (UAT).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information and trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide user references by writing and maintaining user documentation, offering help desk support, and training users as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, MBA, or MCA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Functional Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills and Attributes for Success:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience and understanding of technology tools such as Balsamiq, Microsoft Access, Advanced Excel, Word, Visio, Jira, TFS, and MS Project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge and experience in Agile Scrum methodology, with exposure to Scrum Master responsibilities and project management practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of the Tax or Finance domain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ability to adapt your work style to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and client stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>EY exists to build a better working world, helping create long-term value for clients, people and society and build trust in the capital markets.
