The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Deloitte<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Reporting &amp; Analytics &#8211; Analyst<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree\/ MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0 &#8211; 3 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Hyderabad; Bengaluru, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strategic Positioning:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Support all network reporting leads and Finance Business Partners by providing analytics and insights from various data sources, including Jupiter and SWIFT (the firm\u2019s CRM and ERP systems).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver meaningful and actionable insights, along with advice and recommendations, on key components such as Revenue, Sales, and Pipeline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Become a super user of Jupiter, leveraging its data, reports, and dashboards to drive insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop expertise in SWIFT profitability reporting attributes and gain a deep understanding of the Client\/Engagement ecosystem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reporting and Analytics:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with USI Team Leads, Network Points of Contact, and other key US leaders to generate and distribute customized regular and ad-hoc reports using Hana, Jupiter, Power BI, and Tableau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create, build, and deliver specific customized reports as required by business needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze large data sets and develop meaningful analytical snapshots.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gain proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, explore and learn the firm\u2019s financial systems, and identify best practices for reporting and analytics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree with a quantitative and analytical background is preferred; an MBA in Finance or a related field is desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key competencies:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Must have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Should have good knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requires a solid understanding of automation tools like VBA and SQL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to collect, clean, and analyze data sets using Excel and Power BI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with reporting processes and practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong focus on delivering high-quality analysis and deliverables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to work effectively in an unstructured environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to dive into details and perform deep analysis when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Deloitte is the brand under which tens of thousands of dedicated professionals from independent firms around the world work together to provide audit and assurance, consulting, risk and financial advisory, risk management, tax, and related services to select clients.
