Business Analysis &amp; Stakeholder Engagement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and cloud service providers to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement in business processes related to cloud adoption and financial management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Cloud Cost Optimization (FinOps)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with cloud engineers and finance teams to monitor cloud spending, analyze cost drivers, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in developing cloud budgets, forecasts, and cost allocation models to ensure transparency and accountability across teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for cloud cost efficiency and utilization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote FinOps best practices and advocate for cost-effective cloud usage throughout the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Data Analysis &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Perform data analysis to generate insights on cloud usage patterns, trends, and potential risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear reports, visualizations, and presentations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support decision-making by delivering actionable insights related to cloud services, costs, and business outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Process Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate existing processes related to cloud resource management, procurement, and billing, and recommend improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with teams to implement automation tools and workflows that enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay informed about emerging cloud trends, tools, and technologies to suggest innovative solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Training &amp; Knowledge Sharing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Educate internal teams on cloud cost management practices and FinOps principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as a subject matter expert in cloud financial management, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrates proven experience as a Business Analyst, with knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with FinOps principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possesses a strong understanding of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and associated billing mechanisms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to deliver actionable insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has familiarity with FinOps tools and practices, such as AWS Cost Explorer or Azure Cost Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibits strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Holds a FinOps certification (e.g., FinOps Certified Practitioner) or relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has experience implementing cost allocation tagging strategies and chargeback models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understands DevOps practices and their relationship to cloud financial management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is knowledgeable in using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau and possesses advanced Excel skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Motorola Solutions is a global leader in public safety and enterprise security.
