The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Deutsche Bank<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Data Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024\/ 2025<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>1 &#8211; 2 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore; Pune, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze, identify, and troubleshoot issues in RPA solutions, and suggest necessary changes to developers to ensure smooth operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and maintain BOT Controller artefacts, including requirement documents, access request forms, JIRA tickets, change requests, and related documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with the Business Analyst (BA) team to validate and sign off on feasibility studies, keystroke documents, system access requirements, and test case needs to ensure high-quality delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work in coordination with the Development team to address issues and implement fixes to achieve a high standard of final project delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver cross-team knowledge sharing and manage application handovers post-production to provide flexibility for the wider team to support applications when needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide Level 2 (L2) support for all production issues raised via JIRA, ensuring thorough investigation of any defects or known issues before escalating to Level 3 (L3) or the Center of Excellence (CoE) support group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain transparency and accuracy of all JIRA tickets, provide realistic work estimations, and ensure clear updates and escalations are communicated during daily scrum calls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively learn and adopt new technologies to find effective solutions to business problems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prioritize incoming input files and deliver outputs within the shortest possible time frame to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain transparency by escalating issues to stakeholders promptly to determine the best course of action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster an innovative mindset by introducing new methods and approaches to improve processes and solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in BCA, B.Com, BBA, or a related field with good academic records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Blue Prism is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with other RPA or intelligent automation tools is desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills and Experience:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Overall experience of at least 1\u20132 years in a relevant role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience in BOT controlling for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is essential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expertise or exposure to multiple intelligent automation tools and related methods and techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong experience in managing operational stakeholders and collaborating effectively with clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in running automation solutions within the investment banking domain is desirable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passion for innovation and a proactive approach to finding solutions to problems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and work effectively in an agile environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships virtually.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At Deutsche Bank, we give original thinkers the space and support they need to shine.
