Proficient in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) to identify trends and present insights effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Automation &amp; Programming:<\/strong> Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., SAS, PySpark) and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) to design, develop, and implement automated solutions for operational processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Business Acumen &amp; Communication:<\/strong> Strong understanding of business operations and key financial metrics, with the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer Focus &amp; Problem-Solving:<\/strong> Proven ability to analyze customer feedback, including complaints and sentiment, identify pain points, and develop effective solutions to enhance the customer experience.
