The complete information, eligibility criteria and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gainwell Technologies<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Data Analyst (Python\/SQL)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Chennai, India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Use multi-dimensional and\/or relational databases such as OLAP to identify and manage high-volume, high-dimensional data required to support predictive models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compile, cleanse, and process data; query databases; and perform basic statistical analyses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determine informational needs and data elements for applying analytic techniques such as cluster analysis and association rules to develop predictive models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define logical attributes and interrelationships, and assist in identifying potential correlations between variables of interest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in the design and implementation of high-impact predictive modeling initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Three or more years of experience in data analytics and\/or modeling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with multi-dimensional and\/or relational databases such as NoSQL, OLAP, or similar technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in manipulating high-volume, high-dimensional data from various sources using big data integration and analysis tools such as R, MATLAB, or SAS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with data cleansing, validation, and general quality control principles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Basic programming skills and familiarity with Java, Scala, Python, or similar languages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fundamental problem-solving skills to understand and address business challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and switch between tasks quickly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For 50 years, our nation\u2019s federal Medicaid program has worked to improve the health, safety and well-being of America\u2019s most vulnerable populations: low-income families, women and children, seniors, and those with disabilities.
