The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>McKinsey&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Junior Capabilities &amp; Insights Analyst &#8211; Risk &amp; Resilience<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2025<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gurugram\/ Delhi\/ NCR<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Support consultants by delivering high-quality insights and analyses to address risk management challenges for clients across the banking, insurance, and industrial sectors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leverage proprietary and third-party databases to collect, analyze, and synthesize critical information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of McKinsey\u2019s proprietary databases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with client service teams to identify and recommend optimal solutions that balance quality, availability, timeliness, and cost considerations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist client service teams in determining the most appropriate solutions to address client issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in internal problem solving to further enhance and improve risk-related offerings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work as part of the Risk and Resilience Team based in Gurgaon, supporting consultants globally with targeted information, specialized analyses, and innovative risk solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Pursuing a 2025 bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, economics, a quantitative field, or a related major, with above-average academic performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic knowledge of and interest in the banking and insurance sectors, as well as risk-related topics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to multitask effectively and work well both independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical abilities, with experience handling multiple data sources, conducting preliminary analyses, and generating reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Python, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrates a professional attitude and a strong service orientation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to work in a highly demanding and results-oriented team environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferably based in Delhi\/NCR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>McKinsey &amp; Company is a global management consulting firm.
