The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>JLL<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Data Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024\/ 2025<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers (0 &#8211; 1 Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gurugram, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Collect, audit, and input data into JLL\u2019s proprietary commercial real estate database in accordance with standard operating procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop a strong understanding of real estate data concepts and relationships to ensure high data quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow guidance from onshore colleagues regarding task prioritization and quality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement and promote best practices for the region and support the Americas Research Group&#8217;s standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuously refine processes and provide recommendations for improving operational efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build strong working relationships with US onshore teams and gain proficiency in the use of internal technology tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor data completeness to meet established validation and audit requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support internal team training initiatives to communicate data excellence goals and the tools and processes needed to achieve them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize data visualization tools to analyze data quality, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and implement remediation strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrates high attention to detail in all aspects of work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possesses strong skills in organization, data collection, analysis, validation, and auditing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capable of multitasking, performing well under pressure, and effectively managing time and workload.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibits proactive and strategic thinking with the ability to align research data to business goals and drive process efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skilled in data analysis and logical reasoning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, MATCH, and INDEX; experience with VBA is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Competent in using essential software tools, including Microsoft Excel and Word.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent written and oral communication skills in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable working with data visualization tools to interpret and present data insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to team success.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enthusiastic about working in a diverse, collaborative, and high-performance professional environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Holds a bachelor\u2019s degree (preferred) or equivalent years of relevant experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Up to one year of experience in commercial real estate research, economic or demographic analysis, or a closely related field is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re a leading professional services firm that specializes in real estate and investment management.
