Conduct formal and informal review cycles and provide testing sign-off.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the eCommerce testing environment, including test data and integrated systems test data management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support user acceptance testing (UAT), hypercare, and business go-live testing, especially during market launches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong prioritization and organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as a QA lead by guiding team members, collaborating closely with product owners and development teams to understand business requirements and deliver quality solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as a reliable team player, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that Agile user stories are well-defined with appropriate acceptance criteria and regression testing requirements before being added to the product backlog.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master&#8217;s Degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alcon helps people see brilliantly.
