The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Razorpay<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Associate Technical Consultant<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>B.Tech\/ M.Tech<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2022\/ 2023\/ 2024\/ 2025<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Address technical queries related to APIs, plugins, and the complete Razorpay product suite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate technical issues effectively to merchants as well as internal departments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage with CXOs and advanced tech teams to discuss solutions and address concerns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify irregularities in functionality and unexpected behaviors in Razorpay\u2019s products and services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide timely resolutions to merchants by assisting Level 2\/3 support teams with deep product knowledge and strong technical troubleshooting and debugging skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report bugs or issues to the Product and Software Engineering teams by raising Jira tickets and collaborating closely to drive resolutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log issues in the CRM system (FreshDesk), regularly update progress, and ensure timely issue resolution for merchants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as a subject matter expert for Razorpay products, offering technical insights on their implementation and usage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve the overall merchant experience by independently resolving technical issues without passing them on to development teams unnecessarily.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Occasionally travel to client sites to resolve highly complex customer and integration issues when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to convey complex technical concepts in simple, clear terms for non-IT personnel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capable of handling complex issues independently and driving them to closure with minimal dependency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Up-to-date technical knowledge in the payment gateway domain is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to gain an in-depth understanding of multiple products and related business processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make quick, informed decisions when advising clients or the sales team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working knowledge of at least one frontend technology (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Flutter, or React Native) and one server-side programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python, or Go).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Holds a B.Tech or M.Tech degree, along with relevant internship experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Razorpay is India\u2019s first full-stack financial solutions company.
