The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Financial Controller &#8211; Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree\/ CA\/ MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024\/ 2025<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bengaluru, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collaborate with Financial and Legal Entity Controllers to prepare and review financial statements across various JP Morgan legal entities and global regions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate, escalate, and resolve exceptions in the general ledger and other interfacing systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial and risk management systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform monthly general ledger reconciliation and substantiation processes in accordance with internal controls and reporting standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with regulatory reporting requirements during the month-end close and reporting processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Validate and maintain the accuracy of reference data related to account hierarchies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system implementations, changes, and other business initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and compliance with business needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foundational understanding of industry standards and regulations, including US GAAP and\/or IFRS standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong accounting and finance skills with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good knowledge of investment banking products such as securities, derivatives, and related instruments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to comprehend data flows and understand their impact across the general ledger, risk management systems (RMS), and reporting systems, including interrelationships and dependencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA with at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a controller function.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to understand business drivers and requirements, and effectively influence stakeholders to deliver solutions that address business challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world\u2019s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
