The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Emerson <\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Graduate Engineer Trainee<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024\/ 2025<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Pune, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with overseas country offices on small-scale projects to understand and document project scope, work schedules, and provide regular progress reports, including TQ clarifications and participation in weekly meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interpret P&amp;ID and other project documentation to determine process requirements and develop appropriate configuration and test guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design, implement, and test Distributed Control Systems (DCS), including components such as Dynamo, Function Plan (FP), Detail Template (DT), and Batch processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively escalate project issues or risks to the lead engineer and, where possible, propose mitigation plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take full ownership and accountability for the assigned scope of work, ensuring timely and quality execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in or conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and commissioning activities as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure adherence to EEEC IMS (Integrated Management System) processes and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle to support quality control and assurance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You actively promote and recognize shared contributions toward common goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You respond quickly and effectively in dynamic, unforeseen situations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You seek input from relevant stakeholders to make timely and well-informed decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are comfortable managing risks and moving forward even in uncertain situations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree (B.E. \/ B.Tech) in Instrumentation or Electronics is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A degree in Instrumentation or a related\/equivalent field is an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic understanding of networking protocols and related concepts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Emerson is a leading global technology, software, and engineering company providing innovative solutions for customers in industrial and commercial markets.
