Look into the errors and fix them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and maintain the control file for all IT supplies provided to employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When new assets are issued, prepare and update the FAR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When assets are returned, scrapped, disposed of, held by departing employees, etc., update the FAR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As required by income tax, maintain FAR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Give the IT and payroll teams the information they need to recover or calculate perquisites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obtain yearly confirmation from employees regarding the assets they own. Look into the errors and fix them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To reconcile their data with FAR, work with the IT staff. Look into the errors and fix them. wherever necessary, make the necessary accounting entry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with the IT team to update the FAR on the affected assets on a regular basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>With two to five years of relevant experience managing fixed assets, and proficiency in desktop programmes, financial systems, and ERP general ledger, a B.Com.\/M.Com. degree is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have worked extensively with the Windows operating system and the following software: Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Oracle, and any other significant financial systems environment or ERP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Should have extensive experience working in an MNC environment, particularly in the key functions mentioned above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To be able to perform his or her professional duties, an individual must have the motivation and personality to communicate with people at different levels and across functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication abilities are crucial.
