India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the NTT DATA Supply Chain Consulting project team and clients to design, manage, and deliver actionable, analysis-driven supply chain design and optimization recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to support supply chain analytics and modeling efforts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and validate supply chain optimization models and digital twins based on project specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute and evaluate various supply chain scenarios using analytical tools and model outputs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze input data and optimization results, generating insights through reports, visualizations, and dashboards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize tools such as KNIME, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI for data transformation, analysis, and visualization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with the project manager to gather, transform, analyze, and summarize client data, and report findings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the design, development, and integration of materials for client presentations, and support the project manager during client meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage with client teams to identify and resolve data-related issues and assist in solution validation and acceptance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and communicate potential risks or issues that may affect project schedules or deliverable quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuously learn about client industries, supply chain challenges, and business environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply both qualitative and quantitative methods to solve client problems and deliver project results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take ownership of specific project elements and drive them to successful completion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients throughout the engagement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhance problem-solving and consulting skills through active participation in projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support internal initiatives such as marketing content (e.g., blogs, case studies) and talent acquisition activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommend improvements to existing NTT DATA Supply Chain Consulting tools, techniques, and processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline from a reputable institution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess a minimum of two years of experience in applying quantitative methods to support and analyze supply chain decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate proficiency in analytical and visualization tools such as Excel, Access, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, R, SPSS, SQL, and Python.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced skills in handling and managing large datasets using relational databases are an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a proven track record of contributing significantly to supply chain projects, particularly in areas such as Supply Chain Design and Inventory Optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferably have hands-on experience with supply chain modeling tools such as LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru, ToolsGroup SO99+, JDA Supply Chain Strategist, IBM LogicNet Plus, or similar platforms used for Network Design and Inventory Optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams across different cultures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reside in or be willing to relocate to Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, with a willingness to travel to client locations as
