The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>JLL<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Junior Analyst &#8211; Finance &amp; Accounts<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>BBA\/ B.Com\/ M.Com\/ MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024\/ 2025<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers (0 &#8211; 2 Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gurugram, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Process financial transactions such as accruals, allocations, and journal entries in accordance with guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and execute accurate and timely month-end reporting activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the completion of assigned tasks by following established instructions and standard operating procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform account reconciliations and resolve open items in a timely and effective manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively identify and escalate tasks at risk of missing KPIs to the supervisor when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to the firm&#8217;s financial and operational policies, procedures, and statutory compliance requirements while executing responsibilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and manage the general mailbox on a daily basis to ensure timely responses and task execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow documented processes and procedures consistently during day-to-day operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assigned responsibilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track and monitor aged items regularly, and take appropriate actions to ensure timely closure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform any other accounting duties as needed to support the operations and management of portfolios within the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with international clients and strong email writing abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ability to drive results by collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem-solving, analytical, and workload management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good interpersonal skills, a high level of motivation, and a willingness to take calculated risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to work in a dynamic and flexible work environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An academic background in Accounting or Finance: BBA (with Commerce in 12th), B.Com, M.Com, or MBA in Finance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in the Finance and Accounts domain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sound knowledge of accounting principles, including accruals, prepayments, and reclassifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in computer applications, especially in operating accounting software, spreadsheets, word processing tools, and email at a moderate to advanced level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other essential formulas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(Optional) Knowledge of the Real Estate domain and Lean methodologies will be considered an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re a leading professional services firm that specializes in real estate and investment management.
