AI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and solve complex NLP challenges across various domains.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and execute experiments to evaluate NLP model performance and enhance their accuracy and efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deploy NLP models into production environments while ensuring scalability, reliability, and robustness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze large-scale text datasets to uncover patterns and insights using advanced statistical and machine learning methods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay current with the latest research and technological advancements in NLP, LLMs, and agentic AI, and apply relevant findings to projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and effective reports and presentations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentor and support junior data scientists and engineers, promoting best practices in NLP and machine learning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for NLP models, algorithms, and associated workflows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to integrate NLP solutions into products and services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to high coding standards and industry best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the design and execution of data collection and annotation strategies aimed at improving model performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the development of intellectual property by contributing to patents, research publications, and other scholarly outputs in NLP and AI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science or a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics), along with substantial practical experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in developing and deploying NLP models, with a focus on LLMs and agentic AI systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong proficiency in Python and experience with NLP libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, Langchain, LangGraph, and spaCy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying machine learning models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical experience with transfer learning, fine-tuning techniques, and prompt engineering for LLMs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of agentic AI principles and their practical applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with big data technologies and tools, including Hadoop, Spark, and SQL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contributions to the NLP or AI research community through publications, open-source projects, or conference presentations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), Python programming, and cloud
