Hyderabad, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a liaison between business challenges and technology solutions to ensure alignment and clarity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze and transform complex business problems into effective technology-driven solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and apply best practice methodologies to define solutions for process, information, and system improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver business projects in accordance with sponsor expectations and enterprise architecture guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively design and implement enhanced services and platforms, covering all functional aspects from definition to deployment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and document operational gaps, including the creation of user guides, templates, test cases, and training materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support in resolving service-related issues and ensure smooth service delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to relevant development, support, and documentation processes and standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate and escalate any issues or risks that may affect deliverables, and request support when necessary to ensure timely resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take ownership of assigned project components with minimal supervision and ensure timely delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform additional related tasks and responsibilities as required by the project or team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project Management certification is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Active IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) membership required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant technology certifications (e.g., ITIL) are mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Knowledge and Attributes:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of business practices, processes, and organizational operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven team player with excellent client service orientation and well-developed administrative and organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deep expertise in analyzing specific systems, processes, and technologies relevant to the role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform effectively under pressure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse business and technical audiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in process mapping tools and techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skilled at building rapport and effectively engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and their practical application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert business needs into operational and functional requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly proficient in documentation, including functional requirements, test cases, user manuals, process documents, procedures, and presentations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Exchange, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with enterprise systems like ServiceNow, Siebel, Remedy, SAP, and EMS is an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sound understanding and practical experience with ITIL frameworks and tools within a service integration context.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Experience:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within a technology services or IT consulting environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience as a system administrator or developer is an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-depth experience with operational aspects of a services business, preferably within a systems integrator setup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in business requirement gathering, use case development, process mapping, and the implementation of new services and systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services including cloud, data and applications.
