The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Revolut <\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Business Analyst (Regulatory Reporting Functional)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s\/ Master&#8217;s&nbsp;Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Work From Home (Remote)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Expand Axiom solution coverage to support new geographies, products, and regulatory reporting requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate business objectives into well-defined business requirements and functional specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document end-to-end delivery processes and create detailed playbooks to enable scalable and repeatable solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the preparation of test cases and validation of test results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support to global regulatory reporting teams by resolving queries related to EBA reporting (e.g., COREP\/FINREP).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across finance, product, and engineering functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct gap analyses to identify risks and root causes, and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in using SQL for data analysis and report validation tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic to intermediate understanding of financial products, including knowledge of trade and transaction lifecycles and regulatory compliance requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated experience in documenting clear and detailed business requirements and functional specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with regulatory reporting frameworks, particularly EBA reports such as COREP and FINREP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing comprehensive test cases and collaborating with developers and business users to ensure smooth implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with the Axiom platform and its use in regulatory reporting solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience supporting global finance systems within a fintech company or a regulated financial institution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are building the world\u2019s first truly global financial super app. In 2015, Revolut launched in the UK offering money transfer and exchange.
