The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>JLL<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Finance&nbsp;Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024\/ 2025<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bengaluru, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Client Finance Management:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Validate billing and funding reports, and ensure accurate monthly client billing and timely submission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare accrual reports in JDE and submit month-end accruals to the Client Finance team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with the Finance Shared Services Center (FSC) to ensure timely vendor payments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address and resolve various financial queries raised by FSC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle payment-related queries from vendors and ensure timely resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and consolidate vendor margin calculations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a monthly billing tracker and share relevant billing data with the audit team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obtain client approvals for monthly vendor cost billing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the Operations team to provide key financial data for reporting and decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for managing Corrigo KPI report inquiries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide necessary support during internal and external audits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vendor Management:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with FSC to manage the vendor payment cycle and ensure payments are made within the agreed terms to avoid penalties or operational disruptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct vendor outstanding reconciliations on a monthly or quarterly basis for better transparency and accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure Non-Disclosure Certificates (NDCs) are completed on a quarterly basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>JLL Corporate Finance Management:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Regional Finance Manager in the preparation of JLL budgets and financial forecasts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and report on Accounts Receivable (AR) aging to maintain healthy cash flow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as the primary point of contact for customer and vendor queries related to invoicing and payments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track payment status, follow up with clients, and ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re a leading professional services firm that specializes in real estate and investment management.
