The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Ericsson<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Data Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024\/ 2025<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>1 &#8211; 3 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Noida, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Take ownership of various reporting and analytical tasks, including the extraction, compilation, and interpretation of key operational and statistical data to support the Service Delivery Unit (SDU).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement new processes to enhance reporting effectiveness, while consolidating and maintaining internal and external departmental reports for stakeholders such as other departments and senior management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design, automate, and maintain standardized operational reports on a recurring basis to ensure consistent delivery of critical business insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and maintain a reporting schedule and ensure thorough documentation of all reporting procedures to support governance audits and regulatory compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and implement audit processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and operational efficiency across reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform ad hoc reporting duties based on evolving business requirements, including designing and building new reports as requested.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and maintain documentation for new reports, while also updating or modifying existing report documentation as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess and estimate the effort and resources required to develop specific reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee the maintenance of existing reports as well as the reporting portal and overall reporting environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Possess a degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have 1 to 3 years of industry experience in the telecommunications domain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other similar reporting applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with programming languages used in machine learning, such as Python, is considered an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with Business Objects (BO) for report development and management is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) to manage and automate reports is beneficial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit strong communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Hindi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uphold core values including honesty and integrity, and align with Ericsson\u2019s core values and behaviors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At Ericsson, you\u00b4ll have an outstanding opportunity.
