The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>KPMG<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Associate Consultant<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024\/ 2025<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers &amp; Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gurgaon; Mumbai, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reporting:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor compliance with KGS and onshore timesheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform weekly and monthly reconciliation of various timesheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct variance analysis on a weekly, monthly, and year-to-date basis for IPT and Sync\/SAP timesheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report weekly and monthly borrowed hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Project Management:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure accuracy and sanitization of timesheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publish a weekly list of timesheet defaulters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor timesheet compliance by sending regular reminders and reconciling data to ensure corrections are reflected in relevant systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform headcount reconciliation between KGS and onshore HR reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage onboarding and offboarding of team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track and maintain data related to invoicing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administer software and database licenses for business teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and review Statements of Work (SOWs) and contractual agreements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate project codes based on SOWs for engagements and dedicated FTEs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report hours for project billing, including lending and borrowing activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stakeholder Management:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Engage proactively with relevant business units, HR, IT, Admin, and CPT to develop and prioritize requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide regular reports to key stakeholders on a monthly and ad-hoc basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Personal Performance &amp; Development:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Meet or exceed all Personal Development Plan goals and objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take responsibility for personal development needs and ensure professional growth objectives are achieved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively seek and act upon feedback to support continuous personal development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uphold KPMG values and contribute to the citizenship and sustainability agenda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Excel with advanced knowledge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with automation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI is an advantage but not mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>KPMG is a global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services.
