The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Qualcomm<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>GAOC Accountant, Associate<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024\/ 2025<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>1+ (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Hyderabad, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and execute payroll accounting activities in compliance with US GAAP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess a basic understanding of payroll accounting principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform month-end closing activities, including preparing and posting journal entries, conducting variance analysis, and providing ad-hoc support as required by the business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze and maintain the general ledger to ensure the accuracy of payroll account liability balances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations in accordance with Qualcomm policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare quarterly financial statement (FS) packs as per satellite team requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure data confidentiality while performing regular accounting activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the local satellite team during external audits by providing timely and accurate financial data and supporting documentation in compliance with local GAAP requirements and accounting standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure adherence to internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control requirements for all processes and policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a relevant field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An advanced degree in a relevant field may substitute for up to one year of work experience (e.g., a master\u2019s degree equates to one year of experience).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to quickly learn and accurately adhere to accounting activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organizational and prioritization skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexible mindset with a strong team-oriented approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a highly professional demeanor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to meet both quantitative and qualitative performance metrics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong numerical aptitude with keen attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in IT skills, including Excel and Outlook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are engineers, scientists and business strategists.
