The complete information, eligibility criteria and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gainwell Technologies<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Data Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/\u00a02023\/ 2024\/ 2025<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Develop accurate mapping documents in accordance with the established mapping process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver an initial draft solution for ETL, reporting, and data conversion by prioritizing key mapping details while deferring less critical aspects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support to ETL, reporting, and conversion developers based on the created mappings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with the configuration team and DBAs to ensure alignment between system configurations, interfaces, and mappings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of healthcare and business domains, including areas such as member management, eligibility, TPL, claims processing, provider management, and pharmacy claims.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in SQL with strong query-writing and database management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience in data mapping and transformation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in one or more of the following areas: data conversion, system interfaces, and reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with QNXT is preferred but not mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For 50 years, our nation\u2019s federal Medicaid program has worked to improve the health, safety and well-being of America\u2019s most vulnerable populations: low-income families, women and children, seniors, and those with disabilities.
