The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Societe Generale<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Business Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024\/ 2025<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Create and analyze functional specifications, including both &#8220;As-Is&#8221; and &#8220;To-Be&#8221; states, using the Global Process Structure (GPS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gather business needs from stakeholders and translate them into clear user stories or other business artifacts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to collect requirements and draft &#8220;To-Be&#8221; process flows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that requirements and user stories are accurately mapped to the appropriate processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define proper acceptance criteria to validate business requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Map each requirement to business and product KPIs, ensuring measurement mechanisms are in place; collaborate with development teams to design and implement measurements when needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze measured data and work with product managers to propose improvements to global processes driven by the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support development teams in designing solutions based on documented requirements (user stories).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide clear and detailed user stories for developers to build and implement technology solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in the rollout of newly developed products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Integrate multiple systems while reconciling the needs of different teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and deliver training sessions following successful User Acceptance Testing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide post-go-live support, identifying opportunities for new user stories and product improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay updated with emerging technology trends and developments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as a backup for the Product Manager, Head of Product, or Scrum Master when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Societe Generale is one of the leading European financial services groups.
