to support P&amp;L management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand business requirements in a BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate business requirements into technical specifications and define timelines for completion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish relationships between data sources and develop tabular and multidimensional data models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document charts, algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships to ensure clarity and traceability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts while conducting detailed analytics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write and optimize DAX queries for Power BI Desktop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform advanced calculations on datasets to enhance analytical capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuously refine and enhance existing BI systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create customized charts and calculations based on business requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions tailored to organizational needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute SQL queries, apply filters, and create graphs for improved data visualization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to improve performance and gather feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and optimize Analysis Services reporting models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect to diverse data sources, import, and transform data for BI applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate complex data into insightful visualizations and reports through analytical thinking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement row-level security and understand application security models within Power BI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure proper design methodologies and maintain comprehensive project documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop, publish, and schedule Power BI reports as per business needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interpret business requirements and develop corresponding data models while managing resources efficiently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess knowledge and experience in prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with secondary tools such as Microsoft Azure SQL and M-Code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics like Power BI Service (SaaS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop custom visuals for Power BI to enhance user experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply M-Code functions in Power Query for efficient data transformation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshoot Power BI Service-related issues and optimize system performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Any Graduate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Power BI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and ITIL methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Advanced Excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in customer management with effective client handling skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong presentation and communication abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to independently lead client interactions and collaborate with various business functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capability to manage high-pressure situations, meet deadlines, and handle customer demands.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivated with a strong execution-oriented mindset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong teamwork and peer management
