The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>NTT DATA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Graduate Trainee<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree\/ Diploma<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024\/ 2025<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Receive, log, validate, and diagnose client requests across a range of products and services while adhering to service level agreements using standard tools, platforms, and processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize Managed Services product and process knowledge to efficiently respond to support tickets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide first-call resolution to clients by following standard operating procedures or work instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify gaps in available content and flag the need for relevant knowledge articles when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offer timely updates to clients regarding pending requests or tickets upon request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with resolver groups and other functions to ensure clients receive prompt updates on their issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate breach and aging reports for tickets opened by the service desk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes, procedures, and services, providing recommendations for improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exercise sound judgment in escalating issues to higher levels when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a professional standard of service quality, ensuring client satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced technical qualification in Technology (Technical Diploma) or an equivalent certification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For India: Minimum of 13 years of education with a diploma in IT or a graduate degree or equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ITIL v4 Foundation certification and knowledge are preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Knowledge and Attributes:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Self-motivated and passionate about IT, with a strong drive to learn and grow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to use sound judgment to escalate issues to higher levels when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Methodical approach to ticket resolution, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Committed to delivering excellent client service and ensuring client retention through integrity and professionalism.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detail-oriented team player with a client-focused mindset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to work in a 24&#215;7 shift structure as per a defined roster.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with ITIL concepts and best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic knowledge of network technologies such as WAN, LAN, WLAN, Security, Cloud, Videoconferencing, and Collaboration is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant work experience in the technology industry, preferably in a call center or IT support environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services including cloud, data and applications.
