Mumbai, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor client infrastructure and solutions to ensure optimal performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and address problems or errors proactively or as they occur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recognize common incidents and suggest strategies to prevent recurrence and reduce incidents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate first-line incidents, determine root causes, and resolve issues effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fulfill approved requests in accordance with established procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide telephonic or chat support to clients as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute maintenance activities, including patching and configuration updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow proper handover procedures during shift changes to maintain service continuity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report and escalate incidents when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update existing knowledge articles or create new documentation as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and implement automation opportunities for request fulfillment, incident resolution, and overall process improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support project work as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in implementing and executing Disaster Recovery functions and tests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform any other related tasks as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computing, or related field (or equivalent demonstrated work experience).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CCNA or equivalent certification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Knowledge and Attributes:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse cultures and social groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective planning and project management skills, considering potential changes in circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to maintain a positive and professional outlook in the workplace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capability to perform well under pressure and adapt to challenging environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to work extended hours when necessary to meet business needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in active listening techniques, including paraphrasing, probing for details, and avoiding interruptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adaptability to evolving circumstances and business requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client-centric mindset, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the client journey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in additional technical skills, including but not limited to:\n<ul>\n<li>Pulse Secure SSL VPN \/ Virtual Juniper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewalls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cisco Nexus switches, ASR and ISR routers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cisco ACS, ISE \/ Meraki switches and access points<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enterprise network architecture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Common routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Network address translation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting uplinks to ISPs for DIA, MPLS, and P2P circuits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with common network management and monitoring tools such as SecureCRT and Logic Monitor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Experience:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Entry-level experience or successful completion of a relevant internship program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic experience in troubleshooting and providing support in network, data center, systems, or storage administration within a medium to large ICT organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fundamental knowledge of management agents, redundancy concepts, and technologies related to Network, Data Center, Telephony, Exchange, Storage, Cloud, and Backup services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services including cloud, data and applications.
