The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Deutsche Bank<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Data Analyst, Associate<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Core Operational Support:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Manage exception handling across data quality functions for all asset classes and regions (APAC\/EMEA\/NY).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze consumer queries, identify issues, and recommend remediation strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct root cause analysis for exceptions and escalate significant issues to senior management to maintain data quality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in project remediation tasks, including daily conference calls for global working groups and business updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance system architecture, improving Straight Through Processing (STP) and data quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with technology teams to design system solutions aimed at automating exception processes and improving accuracy, timeliness, and coverage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee issue resolution on projects to ensure accurate and timely delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draft and update project support documents, including business requirements, functional specifications, operating models, and test plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct user acceptance testing for change request deployment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>People Management:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Foster an environment where people management and development are prioritized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide coaching and mentorship to direct reports and colleagues as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively support business strategies, goals, and values to contribute to a high-performance culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take ownership of personal career development, seeking continuous learning opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as a role model for new employees, providing support for their integration into the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make necessary personnel decisions to align team performance with organizational goals and address individual performance issues when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Finance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience in Middle Office\/Back Office operations or Reference Data management is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills &amp; Experience:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in the Instrument Reference Data domain is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to learn and understand multiple business areas due to the cross-asset nature of the team; prior knowledge of one or more asset classes is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under high-pressure situations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to escalate issues appropriately and handle high-risk situations promptly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive and self-driven approach to continuously improve processes and performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in project management and knowledge of SQL is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining controls and minimizing risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills &amp; Competencies:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong client and consumer focus to ensure high-quality service delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to identify and prioritize multiple tasks that carry potential operational risks and profit\/loss impact in a high-pressure environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At Deutsche Bank, we give original thinkers the space and support they need to shine.
