The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Thomson Reuters<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Associate &#8211; Master Data<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024\/ 2025<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers (0 &#8211; 1 Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bengaluru,\u00a0India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain a turnaround time (TAT) of 8 hours for priority cases and 24 hours for resolution, ensuring 90% compliance with SLA targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure data quality is consistently maintained at 99%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct self-audits prior to processing or making changes on WRP and SFDC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage workflows efficiently and prioritize cases and referrals effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consistently meet individual productivity targets, contributing to the team&#8217;s overall performance in case handling, referrals, and account creation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete all tasks accurately the first time to minimize rework and prevent escalations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limit stakeholder\/client escalations to no more than one per quarter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to improving the Net Promoter Score (NPS) by enhancing the customer billing experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify that billing and shipping details match the data provided by the requestor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure correct e-billing contacts are set up, and obtain client confirmation before removing any contact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure tax classifications are correctly configured and exemption documents are maintained as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the stabilization and support growth of transitioned processes by minimizing disruptions through efficient productivity and quality management, demonstrating determination, focus, and flexibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure attendance at all scheduled training sessions by managing shifts and leaves appropriately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and modify customer accounts according to the requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with the Order Management Team to process orders by completing Customer Master work in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Thomson Reuters is the world\u2019s leading provider of news and information-based tools to professionals.
