The complete information, eligibility criteria and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gainwell Technologies<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Data Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/&nbsp;2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare accurate mapping documents in alignment with the defined mapping process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate to deliver a first-draft solution for ETL, reporting, and conversion coding by identifying which mapping details can be deferred for later stages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support to ETL, reporting, and conversion developers by utilizing the mapping documentation created.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with the configuration team and database administrators (DBAs) to ensure synchronization between configurations, interfaces, and mappings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct research and requirement analysis to create and design mapping documents and present findings to team members, clients, and vendors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify best practices and recommend improvements to existing processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of healthcare or business domains in areas such as member management, eligibility, third-party liability (TPL), claims processing, providers, or pharmacy claims.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in SQL with good to excellent skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in data mapping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience in one or more areas: conversion, interface, or reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with QXNT is preferred but not mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For 50 years, our nation\u2019s federal Medicaid program has worked to improve the health, safety and well-being of America\u2019s most vulnerable populations: low-income families, women and children, seniors, and those with disabilities.
