The complete information, eligibility criteria and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Rockwell Automation<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Business Analyst &#8211; Data Analytics<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Recent Batches<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Pune; Bengaluru; Hyderabad; Noida; Chennai, India<\/strong> <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Gather and validate business, technology, and data requirements to establish project scope, define impact, set outcome criteria, and determine relevant metrics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate conceptual user requirements into clear and comprehensible technical requirements for developers and project teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead Program Increment sessions with business stakeholders to identify 3\u20136-month priorities, ensuring alignment with the long-term strategic goals for business capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of data while supporting data governance processes, including driving metadata population and securing necessary approvals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate effectively with the project team to guide proposed technical solutions and direct data engineers on implementation tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze, participate in, and provide suggestions for resolving production support issues in collaboration with data and analytics engineers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver projects within the defined timelines and budget constraints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Architect to develop data models aligned with the organization&#8217;s data architecture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize technology modeling tools (e.g., Power BI) to create working prototypes with the support of technical teams to validate user expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Map out team-to-team dependencies and coordinate effectively with capability teams to ensure seamless collaboration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Possess a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit a solid understanding of basic system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk, security guidelines, and architecture standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in analytics and insights methodologies and tools, including ADF, ADLS G2, Azure SQL DW, AAS, Power BI, Python, and data exploration and mining techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a foundational understanding of finance processes, such as General Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with SAP transactional systems, including ECC, CRM, and Hybris, is desirable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of planning applications, such as Hyperion and Enterprise Planning Management, is an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit innovative thinking and the ability to effectively challenge and collaborate with thought partners across functional areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rockwell Automation is a global technology leader focused on helping the world\u2019s manufacturers be more productive, sustainable, and agile.
