The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Deutsche Bank<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Data Privacy Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Advise Service Officers from divisions and infrastructure functions on data protection-related controls, attestations, and evidences required to comply with the TPRM process and GDP Transfer Impact Assessment, including Schrems II requirements for vendor engagements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct reviews of TPRM transactions for new or existing service relationships, ensuring outsourced activities and service relationships comply with established controls to address and mitigate potential risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare submissions to GDP Business Partners or local DPOs for risk acceptance and approval in accordance with GDP Key Operating Documents (KOD), including follow-ups and escalations when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain documentation of GDP-related transactions, findings, and identified risks within the TPRM tool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay informed about regulatory developments in data protection requirements related to outsourcing, including GDP policies, procedures, and updates to GDP Key Operating Documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with GDP Business Partners, local DPOs, and other control function units performing TPRM tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and maintain expertise in data privacy regulatory requirements, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and stay updated on relevant regulatory and industry trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain strong collaboration with other functions within GDP Berlin, such as Controls Assurance, Law Monitoring, and Training &amp; Awareness teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide ad hoc support for Controls Assurance activities as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>University degree, preferably in Business, Operations, or Law (law degree is a plus).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of privacy regulations, financial industry practices, outsourcing, or IT is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to manage and meet tight deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in delivering formal presentations and making recommendations in a corporate setting, both written and oral.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in English (both oral and written) is required; proficiency in German is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with SharePoint or other database tools is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competencies:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to present complex issues in clear and simple language, ensuring ease of understanding by the audience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage large volumes of work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive and diplomatic problem-solving ability, with quick decision-making skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategic and proactive approach to identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capability to work effectively in an intercultural environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At Deutsche Bank, we give original thinkers the space and support they need to shine.
