subject matter expertise to solve complex business issues and provide expert guidance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to and support the Configuration team&#8217;s methodologies, principles, and practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure effective communication among all key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and project alignment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exercise significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies to determine the best methods for achieving objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide mentoring and guidance to junior employees, fostering their development and expertise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the implementation team to analyze and document client business requirements and processes, translating them into configuration deliverables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and execute test cases based on functional requirements and document results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in technical reviews and inspections to ensure project changes align with the intended outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate business analyst tasks on IT projects and provide support to team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide accurate status updates and time reporting for project-related tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize Medicaid Systems work experience to contribute effectively to project goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exercise discretion and independent judgment in evaluating and addressing project needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze configuration data and structure to identify and resolve defects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research and define solutions for new configurations, legislation, or client rules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and test proof-of-concept solutions for new business processes or client requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present solutions, proof-of-concept findings, or testing results to customers effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete configuration tasks within established timelines, adhering to best practices and standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Three or more years of experience in business analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to communicate openly and actively, taking initiative to share information extensively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Three or more years of experience in configuring QNXT or FACETS systems, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Contracts and benefits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>System data points for successful X12 transactions, Claim Adjustment Reason Codes, and Remittance Advice Codes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contracts for provider services, member benefit coverage, fee schedules, capitation, and claim editing enforcement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-depth understanding of Medicaid program structures, including carriers, programs, benefit plans, policies, policy plans, sponsors, and policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprehensive knowledge of provider data, including provider type, specialty, taxonomy, enrollment impacts, service locations, certifications, licensing, affiliations, and reimbursement impacts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expertise in member data management, including aid categories, coverage codes, benefit packages, restrictions, limitations, prior authorizations, programs, and primary care providers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in configuration implementation, build, and maintenance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience working with complex systems at a detailed level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skilled in performing self-directed tasks within a virtual team environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid understanding of relational database concepts and schemas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with Medicaid\/MMIS systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferred experience includes participation in Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) and operations phases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to process Medicaid claims and troubleshoot adjudication results effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and stay current with industry best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with creating and utilizing Requirement Traceability Matrices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of proprietary and private information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making skills
