The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>S&amp;P Global<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Apprentice<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree or MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>2024\/ 2025<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Hyderabad, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Organize and manage internal employee engagement events in collaboration with the site&#8217;s Events Committee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle administrative functions for the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and managing correspondence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of proposed objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate and provide logistical support for town halls and large meetings, including catering, meeting materials, audiovisual setup, and related requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to delivering an exceptional Employee Experience at the site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the S&amp;P Global Social Inclusion and Social Impact initiatives to promote community engagement in Hyderabad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and execute meetings and events end-to-end, managing vendor negotiations and ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist internal and external visitors with travel arrangements, seating assignments, conference room setup, and other administrative needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the People team with staff onboarding, transfers, offboarding, equipment management, travel and expense accounts, and building access arrangements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Freshers with fluency in English and holding a Bachelor\u2019s degree or MBA (graduating in 2024 or 2025 only).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to work in a rotational 24&#215;5 shift environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with strong skills in data analysis using MS Excel and creating presentations in MS PowerPoint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships across all organizational levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S&amp;P Global Sustainable1 is the central source for sustainably intelligence from S&amp;P Global.
