The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>American Express<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Financial Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s\/ Master\u2019s Degree\/ MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bengaluru; Gurgaon, India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders across BU FP&amp;A, HQ, Market Lead Finance Officers (LFOs), Finance Decision Science (FDS), Risk Finance, and Controllership to support the Annual Plan and Long-Range Planning processes for the ICS Spend vertical.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct monthly results analysis for the Spend vertical, generating insights to better understand business performance, identify key trends, and evaluate their impact on future outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage ongoing risk and opportunity assessments for assigned Spend lines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide actionable insights on ICS Billings performance and its future trajectory through the analysis of historical trends, market dynamics, and the macroeconomic environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct deep-dive and ad-hoc analyses on key Revenue and Expense lines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support Finance Transformation Projects, emphasizing continuous process improvements through innovation and automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop insightful content and analyses for presentations to senior leaders across business and finance teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote and actively contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and teamwork.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Functional Skills\/Capabilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Comprehensive understanding of AXP businesses and the P&amp;L structure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with the AXP Financial Planning process, particularly in supporting any Segment\/BU P&amp;L, is highly advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expertise in building driver-based financial models and deriving insights from extensive datasets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical skills with experience in managing large datasets using data mining techniques such as SQL, Python, or SAS, would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technical Skills:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with platforms and tools such as TM1, Power BI, and Oracle Smart View.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Behavioral Skills\/Capabilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate and convey information in a concise, clear, and precise manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to solve unstructured problems and manage ambiguity effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibility to work across different time zones and shifts as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At American Express, we know that with the right backing, people and businesses have the power to progress in incredible ways.
