Mumbai, India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain the support process and ensure requests for support are handled according to established procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use service assurance software and tools to investigate and diagnose problems, collect performance statistics, and create reports while collaborating with users, staff, and suppliers as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and resolve problems following agreed-upon procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform agreed maintenance tasks to ensure system reliability and functionality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize knowledge articles for incident diagnosis and resolution, and assist in updating them as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor service delivery against service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain accurate records of relevant information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regularly analyze service records against SLAs to identify required actions for maintaining or improving service levels and initiate or report those actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prioritize and diagnose incidents according to established procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate incident causes and work toward resolution, escalating unresolved incidents and following up until they are resolved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide service recovery and ensure proper resolution of incidents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document and close resolved incidents in accordance with agreed procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate, secure, complete, and up-to-date configuration records for configuration items (CIs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply tools, techniques, and processes to track, log, and correct CI-related information while protecting assets and components from unauthorized changes, diversion, or misuse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate root causes of incidents remotely and assist with implementing agreed remedies and preventative measures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain expertise in specific specializations and provide detailed advice regarding their application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure efficient and comprehensive incident resolution, including coordinating product requests and working with other team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide continuous feedback to clients and stakeholders, updating systems, portals, and ticketing tools per standard operating procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify problems and errors before or as they occur and log them with the required level of detail in a timely manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders, including client IT environments, vendors, carriers, and colleagues, to expedite error diagnosis and resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Knowledge and Attributes:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in creating, understanding, and maintaining technical documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiar with management agent concepts, redundancy principles, and remote console architecture within the relevant technical domain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledgeable about vendor technologies, including Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and RiverBed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer-focused with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly motivated, self-organized problem-solver with a strong drive for results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and logical thinking skills for effective problem analysis and resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in groups and coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Associate-level certification in networking technologies such as Cisco (CCNA), Juniper (JNCIA), Aruba (ACMA), F5, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Experience:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Basic knowledge and experience in networking technologies, including routing, switching, wireless, SDI distribution, core, and access layers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entry-level experience in providing technical support to clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with diagnosing and troubleshooting networking issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience providing remote support for networking technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to relevant technologies in a professional or academic setting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services including cloud, data and applications.
