The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Microsoft&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Software Engineer<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Work From Home<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Develop systems and frameworks to enhance the quality and fundamental performance of the systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize AI and advanced telemetry to generate insights and improve the overall quality of the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and implement code for products, services, or features, reusing code where applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to identifying dependencies and assist in breaking down larger work items into smaller tasks for better clarity and estimation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Independently develop a clear and articulated plan for testing and ensuring the quality of solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leverage performance and profiling tools to identify hotspots and bottlenecks across both hardware and software boundaries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), monitoring system\/product features\/services for degradation, downtime, or interruptions, and gaining approval to restore functionality for simple issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as a DRI for release management, ensuring releases adhere to schedules by identifying blockers or delays, addressing deployment issues, and improving the release process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay current with skills and developments in the field, focusing on enhancing the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, with proven experience in coding languages such as C, C++, or Rust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and\/or government security screening requirements for this role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This includes, but is not limited to, specialized security screenings such as:\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft Cloud Background Check: Required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire\/transfer and every two years thereafter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, along with 1+ years of technical engineering experience in coding languages such as C, C++, or Rust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OR a Master&#8217;s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with proven experience in coding languages such as C, C++, or Rust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OR equivalent experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in improving service operations or engineering quality and fundamentals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in building system software that operates on Windows or Linux systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with Hyper-V, VMWare, Docker, or other virtualization technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Every company has a mission.
