The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>NTT DATA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Business Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced                                              <\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore; Gurugram, India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Possess strong process and business knowledge with hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track account operations, ensure process compliance, and perform repeatable administrative tasks with minimal need for coordination or ambiguity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leverage analytical skills to identify and propose continuous improvement opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with teams such as Resource Management, Revenue, and Finance to ensure smooth month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technical Skills:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proficient in the MS Office suite, including MS Excel and MS Outlook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capable of effectively using systems for project, time, and resource management, as well as other business functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Functional Skills:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preferably experienced in at least one of the following process areas: project\/time management, contracts\/invoicing\/accounts receivable, order management, or master data management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong process and business knowledge with hands-on experience in the Order-to-Cash process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skilled in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and securing sign-offs for new requirements under the supervision of the technical team or lead.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Background in operations or back-office support services is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess strong communication (both verbal and written) and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business problems and propose effective solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Management Skills:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Self-motivated and organized individual capable of managing tasks, ensuring attention to detail, and delivering high-quality results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexible and adaptable to meet business requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with internal resources and stakeholders to ensure the flawless execution of tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor deliverables and ensure the timely completion of change requests and requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain SLAs and resolve issues within defined timelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services including cloud, data and applications.
