The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>HSBC<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Regulatory Risk Data Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Chennai, India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Support the execution of testing processes and facilitate exit criteria evaluation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop a thorough understanding of the data model, data flow, and end-to-end solutions and processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze current operating models against target models to inform transition approaches and conduct change impact assessments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support transition efforts and assess progress, adjusting approaches as needed to ensure the successful embedding of new operating models and realization of benefits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate change impacts against the Target Operating Model (TOM) and collaborate with Change &amp; Implementation (C&amp;I) teams to create a cohesive change portfolio, minimizing disruption to business operations and addressing program gaps or overlaps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change management activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide regular feedback on task completion and track project status throughout the lifecycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage all regulatory and compliance matters, ensuring alignment with operational risk management frameworks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee and monitor adherence to mandatory standards, group policies, and governance tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate change impacts to stakeholders and escalate risks or issues to appropriate governance bodies with proposed mitigation strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage project or program resourcing activities to ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of finance data principles and regulatory reporting requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly proficient in querying and analyzing databases using SQL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Access and Excel for data investigation and output generation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to Python and PowerBuilder is advantageous for streamlining and accelerating processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprehensive understanding of systems delivery lifecycles and testing methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in using test management tools (e.g., Quality Centre) and implementing test processes, including defect management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to formulate effective test strategies and confidently lead successful test phases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Holds a minimum of a master\u2019s degree or equivalent qualification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in testing IT system implementations or enhancements in large organizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience in a large banking organization is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re a financial services organisation that serves more than 40 million customers, ranging from individual savers and investors to some of the world\u2019s biggest companies and governments.
