The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Adobe<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>AEM Consultant &#8211; SheSparks Intern<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2023\/ 2024\/ 2025\/ 2026<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze business requirements using appropriate methods and models to determine suitable WCM (Web Content Management) solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess customers\u2019 existing infrastructure capacity and performance, plan for future requirements, and prepare detailed proposals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate technologies and tools to identify and recommend prospective solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate within a technically focused team to provide expertise in designing and planning solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with clients, developers, system administrators, and business analysts to deliver Adobe AEM-WCM solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and implement integrations of third-party systems with Adobe CQ as part of the overall architecture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute hands-on as part of the team and lead day-to-day technical activities, ensuring excellence in implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in designing and deploying Java\/J2EE solutions on JCR-based WCM products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expertise in CMS design, CRX, CQ WCM, DAM, and social collaboration tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in core web technologies, including XML, XHTML, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, JSP, and developing web services using RESTful implementations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-depth knowledge of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag Libraries, and JSTL, with a strong understanding of enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extensive experience with &#8220;Java CMS&#8221; frameworks, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Apache Sling for content-centric application development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>JCR and JSR-170\/JSR-283 for content management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>JSR-168 and JSR-286 for portal development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apache Felix for OSGi bundle development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent client interfacing skills, ensuring effective collaboration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge and experience in configuration planning, testing, and change management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferred experience with Agile development methodology.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to act as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Adobe is the global leader in digital media and digital marketing solutions.
