The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>BlackRock <\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Analyst &#8211; Analytics Research<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong>\/ MBA<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>1 &#8211; 3 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Mumbai<\/strong>, India (Hybrid<\/strong>)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct comprehensive credit research across the corporate capital structure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with a senior analyst to cover one or more industry sectors, analyzing economic, competitive, and political factors affecting a borrower\u2019s credit quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute trade ideas, participate in relative value discussions, and engage in trade structuring with portfolio managers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage with management teams, industry sources, sell-side analysts, and other investment professionals to gather insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Synthesize and evaluate information from various sources to develop long-term, well-researched investment theses on credits, sectors, and issuers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build historical and projected financial models, analyze key financial and operational metrics, and conduct in-depth valuation assessments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present credit opinions and investment recommendations through written reports and oral presentations to portfolio managers, analysts, advisory committees, and external clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1\u20133 years of experience in credit and financial statement analysis, including expertise in analyzing companies, fixed income securities, and equity investments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MBA or equivalent qualification in Finance with an outstanding academic record; CFA certification is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills with a focus on evaluating companies, fixed income securities, or equity investments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with bond and loan covenants; experience with leveraged loan credits and syndication processes is advantageous but not mandatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical mindset with a logical and detail-oriented work approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability and enthusiasm to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>BlackRock is a global asset manager and technology provider.
