The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>DHL<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Associate Finance Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers (0 &#8211; 2 Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Chennai, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Perform manual verification of unrecognized information on invoices at the header level and partially at the line-item level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconcile line items on invoices with valid purchase orders or transportation orders (trip files).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies between invoices and transportation orders (trip files) in collaboration with transport owners or business units.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determine the appropriate VAT code for transport based on the decision matrix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process invoices within the SAP workflow using information provided by the respective business unit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute monthly accounting and reporting tasks in compliance with DHL Freight&#8217;s accounting policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide feedback to system owners regarding quality issues and processing challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offer day-to-day support for Accounts Payable (AP) activities, ensuring seamless handling of incoming invoices from receipt to payment preparation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform repetitive and routine AP tasks under direct supervision, following established guidelines and processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to required standards, terms, and procedures in service delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collect and input relevant data to provide administrative support under close supervision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify recurring issues in AP processes and address them as per guidelines or escalate for resolution if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Experience Level:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>0\u20132 years of relevant experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven working experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent data entry skills with an aptitude for working with numbers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in English, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>DHL is the leading global brand in the logistics industry.
