The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Microsoft&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Technical Support Engineering<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Multiple Locations, India (Work From Home)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Own the response and resolution of customer technical issues by investigating problems, leveraging troubleshooting tools, and collaborating within and across teams to deliver effective solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead or actively participate in building knowledge-sharing communities with peers in delivery roles to foster collaboration and professional growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop technical and professional proficiency through continuous training and readiness programs, enabling efficient resolution of customer challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify potential product defects and escalate them appropriately, contributing to product and process improvement initiatives for enhanced customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field with 1+ years of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or IT roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OR 3+ years of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or IT roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OR equivalent professional experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Language Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent in English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Work Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of prior customer-facing product or technical support experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical expertise and hands-on experience in Azure technical support or equivalent technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience supporting large and complex enterprise environments with 1,000+ users across geographically distributed locations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technical Expertise:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in at least two of the following:\n<ul>\n<li>Active Directory, ADFS, SSO configuration, Azure Identity Protection, Identity Management, O365 Identity, Azure MFA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in administering Microsoft Windows 2008 and Windows 2012 Servers (3+ years).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD), ADFS, AADConnect, and Exchange Online technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong foundation in Active Directory Services, including Group Policies, FSMO Roles, DNS Zones, and Replications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of PKI, authentication protocols, and troubleshooting complex scenarios within AD, Windows Networking, Replication, DFSR, Group Policy Management, and Certificate Services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skills in Windows System Administration, Certificates, PKI, DNS, Networking, Virtualization, and PowerShell scripting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of OS internals, load balancing, geo-redundancy, CDN, and VPN technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Certifications (Preferred):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Azure 533 certification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional certifications in technologies like Cisco, Unix, Security, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soft Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent customer service and effective learning skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Desirable Knowledge and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Exposure to cloud technologies, particularly Azure Identity Management and ADFS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and command-line tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good-to-have experience with additional technology certifications and advanced security concepts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Every company has a mission.
