development and refinement of People Team policies, with a strong emphasis on statutory compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, fostering a positive work environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Operations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee monthly payroll processing and PF operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop plans to enhance daily operations, incorporating insights from employee feedback and industry best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and optimize HR tools to streamline processes and ensure effective utilization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate employee National Pension System (NPS) accounts, managing linking processes for seamless benefit access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, providing a positive experience for both new hires and departing employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in developing and maintaining compensation philosophies, benchmarking, and salary range structures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage various aspects of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), including initial grants, VESOP, SESOP, ESPP, and top-up programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to policy development and enforcement, such as the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH), to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize and manage remote working initiatives related to festivals, engagement activities, updates, and employee queries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support continuous learning opportunities through programs and platforms to foster employee growth and development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Collaboration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with auditors to facilitate seamless audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with vendors and partners, particularly for insurance, to ensure efficient and effective services for employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and track employee Full and Final (FnF) processing and payments post-exit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct and analyze surveys, such as eNPS, quarterly surveys, and People Partnering feedback, to gauge employee sentiment and identify improvement areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate performance reviews, calibration, and appraisals in alignment with organizational objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively participate in cross-functional projects to align People Operations with broader business goals, enhancing strategic impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Analytics:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Design and maintain People Analytics to deliver meaningful insights to business leaders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>2 to 5 years of relevant experience with a demonstrated track record of strong performance and results in previous roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to develop and implement innovative human resource solutions within complex and evolving business environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced data-oriented mindset, experienced in preparing, maintaining, and presenting comprehensive HR reports, analytics, and dashboards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated experience in payroll processing, compliance management, PF, company audits, and insurance administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detail-oriented and data-driven, with impeccable follow-through on tasks and commitments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in using HRIS and payroll software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skilled in managing Payroll and PF vendors to ensure accurate processing and compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Committed to maintaining rigorous audit standards and regulatory compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experienced in facilitating feedback and development programs, incorporating
