The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Fresh Prints<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Operations Associate<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Graduate\/ PG\/ MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Work From Home<\/strong> (<strong>Remote<\/strong>)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Order Team:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Resolve stock issue tickets, licensing tickets, and other miscellaneous tickets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as a backup for the Order Processing team during low order pool volume.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process sample orders as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update ratings in the Printer Capacity Management System (PCMS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete ad hoc tasks during the slow season.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work on reporting tasks and related projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pre-Order Team:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Share pricing quotes using available resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate and provide feedback to other teams to resolve order issues and enhance the licensing experience within Fresh Prints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor timelines and address licensing-related inquiries from Campus Managers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform order checks and data entry for reporting, including conducting Shopify and group order checks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assign schools when proofs are received directly from clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload proofs to licensing portals for single-use licenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 to 5 years of experience in operations or logistics; we are also open to fresh graduates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work on complex tasks within tight deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capable of making decisions independently without direct supervision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to work night shifts as required for the role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fresh Prints is one of the fastest-growing custom apparel brands in the US.
