The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Amdocs&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Business Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong><strong>2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Pune,&nbsp;India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Capture customer needs by creating business documents and defining technical requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide advice to customers on product capabilities and methodologies, leveraging reusable solutions where possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design comprehensive and integrated high-level solutions that align with customers&#8217; business needs, operational requirements, and budget constraints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead or participate in formal and informal reviews with key stakeholders, sharing expertise and offering technical insights and support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate the specifics and impact of new solutions on business processes to both business and IT teams of the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure customers fully understand the solution by addressing all questions and open action items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guide customers through the scoping phase within specific domains, up to and including sign-off (e.g., COP process for various customer types, EPC lead for product models and designs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare solution-related documentation and specifications, configure solutions, and develop, execute, and maintain precise test plans as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support for resolving any issues related to configuration or implementation, as they arise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering &amp; Management with a focus on Information Systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Proven customer-facing experience with the ability to effectively communicate Amdocs solutions through presentations, demos, and other methods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Broad knowledge of relevant products and end-to-end (E2E) business processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with IT industry standards and Amdocs business processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong technical understanding and aptitude.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong personal connections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Amdocs helps those who build the future to make it amazing.
