The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Molex<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Graduate Engineer Trainee<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>B.E\/ B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science Engineering<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Recent Batches<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, modify, support, and maintain software modules used for product testing and qualification throughout the product development and manufacturing lifecycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write moderately complex software in Python and TCL\/TK to enhance and refine existing test systems across multiple manufacturing regions, coordinating software development activities with product development, manufacturing, marketing, quality, and other teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform electrical testing on multi-gigabit cable assemblies, analyze data, identify critical quality aspects in product design and manufacturing, conduct root cause analysis, and document corrective actions in reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and execute test plans, conduct software reviews, perform system verification and validation, and analyze and resolve failure modes, documenting the results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to Molex Total Quality Management (TQM) and Quality\/Environmental Management Systems by following approved policies and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create documentation for products and test systems, including specifications and work instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize software engineering tools such as configuration management systems, build processes, and debuggers during the software development process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>B.E\/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science Engineering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in developing, modifying, supporting, and maintaining software modules for product testing and qualification throughout product development and manufacturing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in analyzing test data using statistical modeling tools and performing root cause analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to integrate software with custom-designed circuit boards, mechanical fixtures, and off-the-shelf test equipment such as digital sampling oscilloscopes, TDR modules, and network analyzers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in customizing, maintaining, and supporting software for RF\/microwave electrical test systems used in the manufacturing of multi-gigabit cable assemblies based on standards like Ethernet, Infiniband, Fiber Channel, PCIe, SAS, and SATA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Molex creates connections for life by enabling technologies that transform the future and improve lives.
